These next couple weeks of journals are gonna be pretty short. I didn't do any writing in my journals for a few weeks, just made some notes, so alot is just from memory...
Today we woke up and had a delicious breakfast before getting to work. Fried eggs, bacon, ham, beans, toast and some slices of tomato. Our project that we would be working on for the next few days is putting up a new fence. The farmers sheep kept getting out of the old fence, so adding a second fence should do the trick. The first step was putting more fence posts in. This wasn't really that hard, but rather dangerous work. We used a hydraulic fence post driver that hooks on to the back of a tractor to get these huge fence posts in the ground. Got all the posts done which took up the whole day. We had dinner (whole chicken roasted with carrots, celery, onion and spices, and roasted potatoes) some wine and beer, and then to bed.
