Every one of us signed up for breakfast, so it was a nice size family we had around the table this morning. The hostel owners were really nice and very friendly, made a great breakfast of eggs, sausage, home-made grits, biscuits, fruit preserves and fresh fruit. Saw Quaid putting tons of butter on his grits so I took his lead, he inadvertently showed me how to eat grits like a southern boy, lots of butter, salt and pepper. They are actually pretty good that way, I like them better than I ever thought I would. Hiked out last but caught up with everyone, and ended up hiking to Pearisburg with Lucky and Dah Wah He. Dragonbreath had skipped Woods Hole Hostel and gone on to the next shelter, so he got to town before us. Met up with him after we got set up at the church hostel. Pearisburg actually has a Super Wal-Mart, so it was nice to do some cheap shopping for food. Bought alot of fruit for dinner, 2 apples, an orange and a kiwi. Fruit weighs alot so I don't usually buy any to take with me, but its soo good after not having it for awhile. Saw some familiar faces at the church hostel (Mr Goat, Free, Robo, Patience, Ezra, Chick Magnet, Rooster) and met Big Camera.
